What we collect, and why
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email address or telephone number, anything you write in the message, the timing you pick, and the reference of the property you were looking at when you sent it. Nothing else about you is collected here.
We use it to answer your enquiry and to talk to you about the properties it concerns. Nothing is sold. Nothing is used for advertising unless you have separately said yes to marketing cookies.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request before any contract (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time, and that does not affect what was lawful before you did.
Who else sees it
The customer relationship system that runs this website processes the data on the agency's instructions, under a processor agreement, and does not use it for anything else. Where a listing belongs to another agency and you ask to view it, your enquiry is passed to them so that a viewing can happen. Beyond that it is disclosed only where the law requires it.
Visit statistics
Only if you accept analytics cookies. Paola Ariadna Calvo Hormigo, the platform this website runs on, measures visits with Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited: the pages and properties viewed, how you arrived, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address, linked to a random identifier kept in the _ga cookies. Paola Ariadna Calvo Hormigo uses these statistics to run and improve the websites on its platform. They are not used to identify you or for advertising. Google may process them outside the European Union, including in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. They are kept for no more than 14 months.

How long it is kept
Your enquiry is kept while we are dealing with it, and afterwards for as long as the agency needs it for its own records and for the periods the law sets. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es.
